What is Anthem Balanced Funding? Anthem Balanced Funding lets Small Group clients save money and better manage the monthly risks that come with protecting their employees. They’ll enjoy one predictable monthly payment that covers administrative services, stop loss insurance, and claims liability. If the amount of their claims is more than what they’ve paid, they won’t owe more. And they’ll also skip some of the fees and taxes of traditional fully-insured plans. ABF plans are also available through the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.
