Empire small group dental unlimited annual maximum plans are no longer available

Empire is no longer marketing small group dental unlimited annual maximum plans in New York, effective immediately. Groups that already have those plans can renew them. Groups without unlimited annual maximum plans will not be allowed to select those plans at renewal.
