Life insurance can protect clients and employees from unexpected income loss

Anthem is participating in the year-long Help Protect Our Families campaign to tell consumers about the need for life insurance. The Life Insurance Marketing and Research Association (LIMRA) and six other trade associations are sponsoring this campaign to help educate the estimated 60 million Americans who are underinsured or have none at all.

You can share our new infographic to tell clients about the importance of life insurance.

According to the latest LIMRA research:

  • 46% of American adults have no life insurance
  • Interest in life insurance is at its highest level in five years
  • Two-thirds of millennials in the U.S. have children under age 18 in their households, yet just 49% have life insurance
  • 50% of American workers believe that having life insurance as a job-related benefit is more important than ever
