Dental imaging (x-rays), periodontal charting, and provider narratives will be matched against plan benefits, limitations, and guidelines to help us process claims more efficiently.
Many dentists and insurance companies have already started using augmented intelligence. Dentists use the technology to help detect untreated disease, while insurance companies use it for tasks like claims review and fraud, waste, and abuse monitoring.
