A personalized website makes it easy for Small Groups to manage benefits

The Employer Resource Center (ERC) is a customized website created for each of your Small Group clients that makes it easy for them to find materials and resources about the products they’ve purchased from us. Plan information and resources your clients need to help their employees stay healthy and obtain the most from their benefits are all gathered in one place

The Employer Resource Center includes:

  • Information about their company’s current health benefits.
  • Quick links to plan administration tools.
  • Materials to help employees understand their benefits.

We began offering ERC to new Small Groups in May. We’ll start offering ERC to existing Small Groups on November 15, 2021.  As ACA customers renew their plans for 2022, we’ll send them an informative email that directs them to their ERC for more information.  We will launch next week for ACA groups that renewed their plans in October and will continue each month thereafter. At this time, ABF and MEWA groups will not be included, unless they were a new group in 2021.

You’ll also have access to each group’s site. Just go to the Employer Resource Center and enter the group’s account or case number.
