We announced today that Waukesha County’s premier health system, ProHealth Care, is joining our network. ProHealth Care’s hospitals, primary and specialty care clinics, and network of more than 800 medical professionals are now in-network for members with Healthcare Marketplace Individual health plans.
Anthem’s Marketplace and off-exchange plans are now anchored by ProHealth Care in Waukesha County and by Ascension Wisconsin in metro Milwaukee and the Fox Valley. Plans are available at $0 cost for some who qualify for federal subsidies and up to 20 percent premium savings for others. They also feature $0 preventive care visits, prescription drug coverage, and predictable out-of-pocket costs for consumers. All Anthem health plans offer 24/7 access to doctors and therapists through Sydney Health, Anthem’s mobile app, and at Anthem.com.
