In 2023, we’re offering a new lower-priced HMO plan for Nevada with enhanced access and member support.
Convenient Care HMO offers affordable access to a network of virtual and in-person care, with always-on customer service in a seamless digital experience. It also includes health coordinators who reach out to members to ensure care is scheduled and delivered. The HMO leverages our advanced integrated health platform to provide preferred doctors and other caregivers with a single source for patient data. This collaborative approach helps employees receive better quality care.
This innovative HMO plan offers employers the balance they need to provide their employees with access to quality healthcare while managing costs for themselves and their employees. Network providers agree to be reimbursed a fixed amount regardless of the amount of care provided, which helps control costs and improve access and outcomes. Convenient Care HMO is priced lower than traditional HMOs. Members can access primary and urgent care at low to no cost with affordable access to generic drugs.
Convenient Care HMO coverage is effective January 1, 2023. You can quote it for Individual sales starting October 1, 2022, and for Small and Large groups in mid-October.
