In July, we are highlighting the importance of musculoskeletal health in our wellness calendar.

Almost everyone will experience musculoskeletal discomfort at some point in their lives. Knowing how to prevent it and recognizing when it’s time to call a doctor can reduce chronic pain or prevent further injuries.
