We’re stopping eBill for Individual members

Individual | IN, KY, MO, OH, WI

We’re no longer offering eBill as a payment option for Individual plans. We will begin sending paper bills to members currently on eBill with the July billing cycle. This affects members with legacy plans.

We are notifying those members of the change. They will have option to sign up for automatic withdrawal, pay online or by check with their payment coupon, or call Member Services to make a payment by phone.
