An Affordable, easy to use, digital-first health plan for Nevada
Nevada’s Convenient Care combines the savings of a health maintenance organization (HMO) with the convenience of virtual and in-person care for Groups and Individuals. It shares health information with the entire preferred care team for integration that supports whole health. Convenient Care HMO is effective January 1, 2023, and is available for quoting now.
It’s a new approach to health coverage for a lower price than a traditional HMO.
The plan offers coverage that brings together:

- The latest digital technologies to connect and coordinate your care.
With the Sydney Health mobile app, members can see benefits, review health plan resources, or access care when and where they need it. Live chat is available 24/7 to guide them to what they want, such as accessing their digital ID card, viewing claims, or finding doctors.
