Our spending account and consumer-driven health plans are no longer called Act Wise. Our fully integrated spending accounts are now called Empire Spending Accounts. These flyers (upstate / downstate) can help you talk to clients about account benefits and features. We’ve also created spending account toolkits (upstate / downstate) to help you sell and manage them.
CDHP vs. Spending Accounts
Consumer-driven health plans (CDHP), sometimes called consumer-driven health (CDH), are no longer bundled with spending accounts because they are not always paired. Spending accounts are separate and can pair with both CDH and non-CDH medical plans.
