Employee Assistance Program offers no-cost mental health support
Many Coloradans may be facing mental health challenges after the recent shooting in Colorado Springs.
The Anthem Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers no-cost mental health support for emotional well-being.
The EAP offers:
- Experienced coaches.
- Support through email, text, or phone calls.
- Guidance to find counseling services.
- Psychologist or therapist visits through LiveHealth Online, with an Anthem Health plan.
- Self-assessment tools for depression, anxiety, and alcohol use.
- Digital emotional support resources are available anywhere, anytime.
EAP programs and resources can provide help dealing with critical events as well as support for stress, depression, anxiety, and sleep issues.
