We will provide dental and vision auto quotes for ACA groups that don’t have those plans, beginning with September 2021 renewals. ACA groups who have medical but not dental or vision will automatically see up to five auto quote options for the plans they don’t have included with their medical renewal. We’ll provide vision quotes for groups with two or more medical enrolled subscribers. We’ll provide dental quotes for groups with five or more medical enrolled subscribers.
We want to make it easy for groups to choose an Anthem dental or vision plan. If they are interested in any plan quoted, they simply complete, sign, and email the quote page. They also need to complete the benefit modification form which is linked on the quote page. If groups want to explore additional plans, they should consult with their broker.
