New insights now available in CII Discover

CII Discover now provides more information to help your clients make better decisions. Two new dashboards offer deeper insights into member digital engagement and service setting utilization.

 

• The Clinical Value Digital Engagement dashboard shows digital household and member registration, digital visit rates, and most used digital features. Members who use our digital tools have a better understanding of their benefits and are more engaged in wellness, which provides a better return on an employer’s investment in benefits.
• The Financial Trends Service Setting dashboard highlights network tier utilization cost, including basic in- and out-of-plan network views as well as tiered arrangements. It offers insight into high volume doctors and facilities, along with cost trends by inpatient and outpatient facilities and professional setting. The data may help your clients evaluate our tiered network products. They motivate members to use preferred network providers, which lowers costs for your clients.

The COVID-19 module has two new dashboards focused on vaccinations, claims and testing data.

 

• The COVID-19 Vaccination dashboard shows fully and partially vaccinated members for group accounts via an interactive heat map, and provides daily updates showing vaccinations by day, service setting, total cost, and first and second doses.
• The COVID-19 Monthly Report is a tabular report by Incurred Month displaying COVID-19 claims and testing data.
