Producer Toolbox and the Broker Plus improvements make it easier to quote and enroll
We are working to make your job easier through innovative tools and technology. We’ve added new features to Producer Toolbox to help us work together more efficiently.
The census tool is now easier to use and has less steps, making it faster to enroll members and validate data. You can enter data in the tool or by copying and pasting from another data source. The data entry method is easier to read. It now only shows the products sold and has simplified drop-down options and new easy to navigate action buttons.
New filters improve the small group quoting workflow by allowing you to sort on more data fields. There’s a new “continue” button to reduce extra scrolling, and product selection screens show more details upfront in the quote origination and quote compare pages.
A new pop-up login screen helps you quickly log back in if you are automatically logged out of the system due to inactivity.
If the system becomes unavailable, you will see a message allowing you to enter your phone number to receive a text notification when it’s back up, so you don’t need to keep checking back.
