Mark Miller has joined Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in New York as Regional Vice President and General Manager. He brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and pharmacy services. Throughout his career, Mark has consistently fostered strong client and consultant relationships built on service, innovation, and trust and looks forward to supporting the New York market.
He was most recently a senior vice president for a pharmacy solutions provider, where he drove the growth of custom-designed applications for specialized health organizations, health plans, manufacturers, and pharmacies.
Before that, Mark served as regional vice president for a pharmacy benefits manager for seven years. His work focused on business development for large National Account pharmacy customers and new business growth for over 685,000 members.
Mark started his Sales career with us at Empire BlueCross BlueShield as a Broker Account Manager serving New York employers with up to 3,000 employees. He was promoted to Anthem National Accounts Regional Vice President of Sales for the East region.
