New Essential Choice PPO dental plans available for Individual sales
We have new Essential Choice PPO dental plans for individuals and families. They bring a wide range of coverage and budget options to the Individual market and are designed to fit any need for an individual or family. Essential Choice PPO dental plans offer some of the most requested services, such as teeth whitening, tooth colored fillings, implants, and child orthodontics.
These new plans also include:
• 100% coverage on diagnostic and preventive services
• Shorter waiting periods than traditional plans and no waiting periods for the Incentive Plan
• Higher annual benefit maximums
• Members can carry over benefits to the following year if their annual claims are less than the plan limit.
