Help us recognize excellent educators in Kentucky

We want to recognize Kentucky educators and school staff members who have gone above and beyond throughout the pandemic.

Two award winners will be selected from each of five regions: Greater Louisville, Lexington/Central Kentucky, and Eastern, Western and Northern Kentucky. Each of the 10 winners across the state will receive a $2,500 donation from Anthem to their school for classroom supplies or equipment.

Help us recognize the hardworking individuals in KY School Systems and nominate an educator or school staff member for their excellence. Nominations must be made by October 8, 2021.
