The Employer Resource Center (ERC) is a personalized website created exclusively for each of your Small Group clients. It replaces the Small Group onboarding site. The ERC makes it easy to find materials and resources about the products they’ve purchased from Empire. It gathers together plan information and resources your clients need to help their employees stay healthy and obtain the most from their benefits. Take a tour with this video (upstate/downstate).
The Employer Resource Center includes:
- Information about their company’s current health benefits.
- Quick links to plan administration tools.
- Materials to help employees understand their benefits.
The ERC launches for all new ACA groups beginning May 27. We’ll send a series of emails throughout their plan year to teach them about their personalized website. ABF/MEWA groups will begin using the ERC in late June. We plan to add renewing Small Group clients in the third quarter of 2021.
As a broker, you’ll also have access to each group’s site. Just go to the Employer Resource Center and enter the group’s account or case number.
