- $0 monthly cost for health coverage for some Anthem plans1
- $0 unlimited online doctor visits using the SydneySM Health app,2 available 24/7
- $0 preventive care to help members stay on top of their health3
In addition, we estimate that 9 out of 10 Individual members are eligible to receive financial help.
Open Enrollment starts November 1, 2021, and ends January 31, 2022. Your clients must submit applications by December 31, 2021, to have benefits effective on January 1, 2022.
