We’ve added data support for Anthem’s Wellbeing Solutions
Wellbeing Solutions (WBS) is an employee wellness program designed to improve members’ total financial, emotional, physical and social well-being. It helps connect members to care more effectively at all stages of their health journey. We’ve added a new value story module to Anthem’s Client Information Insights (CII) Discover to help you track WBS activity, key outcomes and value.
Eight value story dashboards show what is going well, what needs improvement, and other potential opportunities. They include clinical savings rate per member per month (PMPM), and information on care gap closures, utilization management/specialty reviews, and incentive activity. The provision of comparative benchmarks helps provide context for specific metrics. Activity and outcomes display in a flexible, easy-to-use, presentation-ready PowerPoint that can be exported and shared with decision makers.
