New Individual and Family EPO plans offer a broad range of providers

Effective January 1, 2024, Anthem will offer exclusive provider organization (EPO) Individual and Family plans in Clark and Nye counties. An EPO is generally less expensive than a preferred provider organization (PPO) and more flexible than a health maintenance organization (HMO). To reduce guesswork about out-of-pocket costs, we offer EPO plan options designed around copays.

Our new EPO plans offer the right balance of coverage, cost, and flexibility for your clients and their families, including:

• In-network coverage from a broad list of doctors and hospitals.
• Urgent and emergency care in or out of network.
• No primary care physician requirements or referrals needed.
• Protection for out-of-state travel.
• Upgrade from Bronze to Silver for just a few extra dollars.
