New effective dates for Anthem Enhanced Choice Applications

Large Group, Small Group, Individual | CO, CT, IN, MO, NV, OH, VA, WI

New effective dates for Anthem Enhanced Choice shopper applications beginning March 12, 2021.

Between the 1^st and 25^th of the month, the effective date will be the 2^nd of the following month. (Previously was the 15^th)

Between the 26^th and the last day of the month, the effective date will be the 2^nd day of the second following month. (Previously was the 16^th)
