Anthem benefits can travel with your clients

Your Anthem clients have access to healthcare benefits across the country when traveling or temporarily residing outside of Colorado.

These plan benefits are covered at the network level:

• Services for Emergency care and ambulance services related to an Emergency
• Urgent Care services received at any Urgent Care Center outside of Colorado
• $0 virtual visits with our preferred providers KHealth and LiveHealth Online*
• $0 virtual visits with their Colorado Primary Care Physician (PCP)*   
• Services for accidental injuries that require urgent or emergency care. No need to worry about follow-up care or physical therapy –  simply request approval for the services in advance
• Our durable medical equipment network provider will ship medically necessary equipment to their location

They can also fill their prescriptions at any of our nationwide retail pharmacies and have their home delivery medications delivered to their temporary residence.

Emergency and urgent care services are covered when traveling outside the United States. All services other than emergency and urgent care must be approved in advance.
